The SPEED Rule of Recruiting- do YOU Know what It is and are YOU Using It?

There are so many possible mistakes that can be made in your
Net.work Marketing business.

I often wondered when we were building our huge team in the 90s
WHY I was not told about them and what they could do to your business.

I never really got an answer.

So I decided to start studying and research the questions I could not find
nor get answers to.

One of the questions was WHY do people lead you on whether online or offline?

I discovered that many prospects will lead you on because of 3 basic reasons:

1. They do not want to tell you NO as they do not want to hurt your feelings.

2. They have a skewed view of our profession or owning a business.

3. They wanted to be chased as their ego or insecurities demanded it.

And I discovered I was allowing them to do that when I first got into the
business. Many of my prospects were leading me on and jerking my chain.

So we came up with the SPEED Rule of Recruiting:

Work the prospect three times as fast as normal and it is either
YES or NO. No MAYBEs allowed.

It can take 3-5 exposures or more before a prospect can make up their
mind and take a week or more before they decide- IF they even decide
by then.

So we implemented "The SPEED Rule of Recruiting."

S = START by telling the prospect that people either see this quickly or
they do not. (If they do not then put them on an auto responder.)

P = PLAN on getting an answer from them in 2-4 days.

E = EXPOSE your information at a rapid pace - 5 exposures in 4 days MAX.
(Video, Zoom, 3 way Facebook chat or call, Email, Product Info, Webinar,
FaceTime call, etc.)

E = ENGAGE them for an answer. Its YES or NO. "Does this make sense to you?"

D = DIRECT them to an autoresponder, an online application, or sale of
product within this period of time.

It is really that simple- especially on Social Media and Online recruiting.

I would encourage you to QUICKEN the PACE of your Recruiting as you go
through more prospects but you do it EFFECTIVELY and QUICKLY with
this formula for Recruiting.
