And you should be meeting a lot of friends every week in social media,
online marketing, or just the good ol' fashion way- talking with folks.

What can you say to someone you do not know and get their attention?

You may be in a conversation with someone using the "cliché"
level of communication and want to connect on a little deeper level.

Here is something that I have used for years:

"Tell me about yourself. I really like your (energy, personality, communication skills)
How did you develop such - energy- a Personality- communications skills?"

Then LISTEN. And listen more. Either with your fingers online or mobile,

or with your eyes when face to face. On the phone or with text, simply say,

"Tell me more."DRAW them in by focusing ON THEM.

Simple. But powerful.
