The 4 Types of LEADERS in a Home Business- AVERAGE, GOOD, GREAT and
EXTRAORDINARY Leaders.
There are many Average, Good and Great Leaders in the Home business
profession and I have been blessed to work with a ton of them - when I
was building - and then for the last 20 years while rocking the training
and coaching.
But there are four distinctions that need to be clarified and understood
what makes the difference between an Average Leader and an Extraordinary
leader whether online or offline. We teach this in one of our Leadership
modules in WealthFuel.
1. AVERAGE Leaders focus on ACTIVITY.
This is very important, but you cannot be focused only on activity as
there is MORE to Leadership than just Activity. It STARTS THERE - but
does not end there. Most Leaders today are focused mainly on Activity -
and that slows the growth of your team down. YES- you read that right.
It slows your team's growth as IT TAKES MORE than Activity to build a
successful Network Marketing business.
2 GOOD Leaders focus on ACQUISITION.
This is acquiring Customers and Distributors. This is a Success DRIVER
in our profession and any Leader needs to be aware of the need for this
focus. it is a CRITICAL focus. If you are not acquiring customers and
new distributors in your team daily and weekly, your Leadership is
suffering.
3. GREAT Leaders focus on VOLUME.
Activity and Acquisition is CRITICAL, but to GROW your business SOLID and
eventually BIG, a GREAT Leader must focus on building VOLUME in her/his
team. This is how great paychecks start showing up and distributors
Leveling Up their income and rankings, as well as winning awards at
Conventions. Plus massive volume builds security in your team and business.
4. EXTRAORDINARY Leaders focus on Maximizing STRUCTURE.
Activity, Acquisition, and Volume are all PILLARS to building a
Hyper- Growth business. But Extraordinary Leaders know you MUST Maximize
STRUCTURE in your comp plan and build as such. It Maximizes the comp plan
and LOCKS DOWN your team as they are Energized - as everyone is benefiting
from the proper Structure that is being built by everyone. #Wisdom
The Extraordinary Leader teaches his/ her people that they MUST build
out the correct structure that ANCHORS their Network Marketing business
as well as MAXIMIZES their Volume and Income. This includes Customers
and Team Members.
Extraordinary Leaders have a "MAP" that maps out the structure and
placement of new members that is needed to maximize the pay plan.
And each team member uses this MAP to build their team much like a
blueprint building a mansion.
WEALTH requires STRUCTURE - no matter the business - no matter the
profession. That is one of the Laws of Wealth.
What kind of Leader are YOU?
No matter what level you are - start BUILDING and GROWING to EXTRAORDINARY
- as that is what builds a a Wealth Producing business. Yes, you MUST
FOCUS on the other 3 Leadership focuses in your team as those DRIVE the
STRUCTURE - but it is the Maximizing STRUCTURE BUILDING that is the
hallmark of an Extraordinary Leader.
