Today we are going to ask a MILLION Dollar Question:
What does FIRE mean in Network Marketing?
GREAT Question! I am going to take the word FIRE and use it as an acronym
and it will tell you EXACTLY what setting your Business on FIRE requires
and do for your business.
What IS a FIRE in Network Marketing Team Building and Recruiting?
Something that is SO HOT that it IGNITES and is LIT from the heat.
THAT is what you must do with your business- LIGHT. IT. UP!
How?
Lets take the word FIRE:
1. F stands for FORCE.
You MUST become a FORCE in your business and people just do not see
you or hear you, but FEEL YOU in everything you do in your Presence.
You approach your business with such CONFIDENCE, POWER, and EXPECTATION
that it POURS from you. Whether a Video, Message Online, Social Media,
Face to Face, in a Video Chat or Zoom or Facebook Room, Mobile, or more.
People MUST FEEL the Power and Force of you and where you are taking
your business and where you can TAKE THEM.
You RADIATE IT.
2. I stands for INTENSITY.
You MUST carry an Intensity that MOVES PEOPLE and YOU. It MOVES prospects
to take action. It COMMANDS ATTENTION. It DRIVES YOU to take ACTION most
will NOT. It DRIVES you to RESULTS that you never thought possible.
And people can sense the Intensity and Seriousness in you and be drawn
towards it like a magnet.
You ELECTRIFY PEOPLE with it.
3. R stands for RESOLVE.
Your RESOLVE cannot be Broken. It cannot be Crushed. It cannot be Wavered.
It cannot be Shattered. It cannot be Impacted. It cannot be Delayed.
It cannot be Influenced. It cannot be Shrunk. It cannot be Slowed Down.
It cannot be Shaken. It can ONLY GO FORWARD and CRUSH ANYTHING that gets
in it’s way. You are Resolute, Relentless, and Obsessed with Hitting the
TOP. There is NO OTHER POSSIBLE OUTCOME.
You OBLITERATE Obstacles.
4. E stands for EFFECTIVE EFFORT.
Your EFFORT is EFFECTIVE, Powerful, and NEVER ENDING. Everything you DO is
Effective and you DO till you drop. You go at a pace that most refuse to-
but you know that this is the pace of Future Millionaire. IT MUST BE ACHIEVED.
You BRING THE HEAT of Action that sets results on FIRE and your Team ablaze.
You take action in numbers that the mediocre call INSANE. You talk to people
in numbers that the average call INSANE. You DRIVE YOURSELF when you work
at a level that the herd calls INSANE. But it is NOT INSANE for those destined
for GREATNESS and WEALTH.
You move in a way that only Top Leaders understand and move WITH YOU. You
are so EFFECTIVE that people just shake their head in envy.
You BRING IT.
THAT is setting your business ON FIRE!
FORCE. INTENSITY. RESOLVE. EFFECTIVE EFFORT.
